We are seeking a Senior AI / Generative AI Engineerwho combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on production experience in LLM-powered systems. You will take AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to secure, scalable enterprise deployment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design, Develop & Deploy

• Architect and build enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI services.

• Drive solutions from POC through production-ready deployment.

🔹 Scalable System Architecture

• Design secure, scalable AI systems.

• Implement robust data pipelines and model deployment workflows.

🔹 CI/CD & MLOps Excellence

• Establish best practices for CI/CD and ML Ops.

• Automate model training, testing, validation, and deployment processes.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with AI Product Owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into production-ready AI systems.

🔹 Multi-Agent & LLM Innovation

• Develop and integrate multi-agent systems.

• Build LLM-powered products that deliver measurable business impact.

🔹 Reliability & Compliance

• Ensure high standards in observability, reliability, governance, and security.

• Maintain compliance with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

✔ Experience

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proven track record deploying AI/LLM-based systems into production.

✔ Programming

• Strong expertise in Python (mandatory).

• Proficiency in Node.js or Java(at least one required).

✔ Backend & Architecture

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable backend design.

✔ Containerization & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools (GitHub Actions, MLflow).

✔ Cloud & MLOps

• Experience building CI/CD and ML Ops pipelines in:

  • Azure ML

  • Databricks

  • AWS

✔ Data & Integration

• Experience with ETL processes.

• API integrations and data pipeline development.

• Model deployment and monitoring workflows.

✔ Agile & Collaboration

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks(LangChain, CrewAI).

• Exposure to Generative AI architecturesand RAG pipelines.

• Familiarity with SAP AI Core and SAP BTP.

• Experience with Jira or SAFe frameworks.
