Role Overview

The SAP Testeris responsible for ensuring end-to-end product quality by validating features, integrations, and complex utilities business scenarios. The role plays a critical part in early defect detection, continuous improvement, and ensuring stable, reliable releases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing

2. Validate individual features, end-to-end processes, and complex scenario variants

3. Execute test cases across utilities and MaCo business flows

4. Identify, document, and track defects using test/defect management tools

5. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

6. Support test automation efforts and continuous testing practices

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong experience in manual testingacross enterprise SAP applications

2. Exposure to test automation frameworks

3. Hands-on experience with JIRAor similar test/defect management tools

4. Strong understanding of utilities business processes, including:

5. IS-U Master Data

6. Billing

7. Device Management

8. EDM

9. IDEX

10. Ability to understand complex workflows and identify edge cases

11. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

12. Excellent communication skills in English

13. Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment

14. Strong collaboration and ownership mindset
