Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Project Manager (PMO)to support and deliver large-scale IT transition and handover projects within a managed services environment. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working in Agile/Scrum setups while engaging closely with cross-functional and distributed teams.
This role requires hands-on project governance, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive successful delivery across complex SAP and IT service landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT transition and handover projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2) based on project needs.
Plan, track, and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones using standard PM tools.
Coordinate with SAP teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely issue resolution.
Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.
Support governance, documentation, and reporting requirements within the PMO framework.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experiencemanaging large-scale IT projects, preferably transition/handover projects in a managed services environment.
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience working in Agile / Scrumenvironments.
